The Pool Lab stock the best pool and spa brands in Australia to ensure you are buying the highest quality products.

Returns & Refunds

If you wish to return your product for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. To be eligible for a return the product must be: 

  • Requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • In good condition with all components included. 
  • Items that have been installed will be deemed as used and cannot be returned.
  • Items such as robotic pool cleaners that have already been inboxed and inputted into your pool cannot be returned.
  • Not damaged from misuse or poor handling/storage. 
  • Accompanied with a receipt.

Warranties 

All products come with supplier warranties. The Pool Lab can assist you with processing warranty claims with the manufacturer. Simply email us at info@thepoollab.com.au if you have a warranty claim.

Fees & Restocking

  • $15 return label fee applies to change-of-mind returns.

  • 10% restocking fee applies for incorrectly ordered or unwanted items.

  • Items returned without tracking are at the sender’s risk.

Returns Not Accepted

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for the following:

  • Pool Covers & Rollers

  • Pool Heaters

  • S.R. Smith Products

  • Filtration Media (e.g., glass)

  • Items >1m in length

  • PCB Control Boards

  • Acoustic Boxes (50% restocking fee applies)

  • Tele-Poles

  • Mineral Salts

  • Robotic Pool Cleaners

Rejected returns are held for 90 days before being discarded.
