Shipping Policy

Delivery Timeframes & Pre-Orders

If you've placed a pre-order, your item will be dispatched within 7–10 business days from the time the product arrives at our warehouse. As soon as your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email.

When your order includes multiple items, please be aware that the overall delivery timeframe and cost may be impacted—especially if some products are currently on pre-order, backorder, or marked as bulky. Shipping timelines are calculated in business days and do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Costs

Orders under $100 will incur a flat-rate shipping fee, which is calculated during checkout based on your delivery location.

Choosing express shipping does not speed up pre-order handling times. These items will still ship once available, using your selected express method once they’re ready.

Understanding Pre-Orders

Products available for pre-order will show a “Pre-Order” button in place of the usual “Add to Cart” option. These products usually have a lead time of 5–10 business days before dispatch.
If your cart contains a mix of in-stock and pre-order items, we’ll wait until everything is available before shipping the entire order together. These combined orders are not eligible for same-day dispatch.

Please note: selecting an express service won’t reduce the supplier lead time. If delays from our supplier occur that push dispatch beyond 10 business days, our team will contact you with updated timeframes.

Oversized, Bulky & Regional Deliveries

Deliveries of large or bulky products to remote or regional addresses may attract an additional shipping fee.

For orders requiring special handling (like tailgate unloading), The Pool Lab covers those additional carrier service costs.

Address Changes, PO Boxes & Cancellations

Changes or cancellations can only be made before your order has shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, we may attempt to contact the courier—but cannot guarantee any changes can be made at that stage. Once dispatched, the return process will need to be followed.

It’s important to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. The Pool Lab is not responsible for any delays or fees associated with incorrect addresses. If an order needs to be re-shipped due to address issues, any additional costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Orders shipped to PO Boxes may take an extra business day for processing. Additionally, some bulky items cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. If your order includes such items and a PO Box is provided, we’ll reach out to request an alternative delivery address. We recommend providing a physical address where possible to avoid delays.
