Standard Shipping Guarantees

Pre Orders are sent within 7-10 business days once the stock arrives to The Pool Lab. All orders are sent with tracking that will be emailed to you once the order has been sent.

Combining multiple items onto the same order can change the shipping window and shipping costs, especially if the other items are not available for immediate shipment, or classed as a pre order or bulky order. Any transit time is calculated in business days and does not include Saturday, Sunday and public holiday periods.

If your order is under $100* a flat shipping fee will be calculated at checkout depending on your location. Please note that Express shipping options do not expedite the PRE ORDER process. Product lead time from suppliers will vary and if an Express shipping method has been selected with a PRE ORDER product it will be sent with that shipping method once in stock.

Pre Orders

Pre-ordered products have a blue "Pre-Order" button rather than a green "Buy Now" button. Pre-ordered products have a 5-10 business day lead time prior to shipment. Items not in stock, pre order or on backorder will be shipped when the product arrives at our warehouse. Orders containing multiple items in stock and items not in stock will be held until all items are in stock and can ship together. These items cannot ship the same day and require lead time prior to shipment.  

If you select an expedited shipping method, please note that this will not expedite the product lead time before the order is shipped. In the case of unforeseen delays from our supplier(s) occurring which in-turn causes the dispatch time to exceed 10 business days, you will be notified and kept up to date of the new dispatch ETA.

Heavy, Bulky & Oversized Orders

Heavy, Bulky & Oversized Orders destined for Limited Regional & Remote Areas will incur an additional charge to your order. Additional delivery costs (e.g. tail unload) are covered by Mr Pool Man. SR Smith, Acoustic Box and Daisy products are delivered directly to the customer from their factory due to these products being bulky in nature which also incur a relevant shipping fee at checkout.

PO Boxes, Address changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified prior to dispatch, once an order has been sent, we can contact the carrier, but there is no guarantee a cancellation, or change or address will be completed. Once the order has been sent, you will be required to return the order to us via our returns process.

We accept no liability for any incorrect shipping addresses supplied by you and no refunds or secondary shipment costs will be offered or covered if further charges are required should you provide an incorrect shipping address.

Orders shipping to PO Boxes may require an additional business day to process prior to shipment in order to ensure delivery via Australia Post. Additionally, certain oversize items may be restricted from delivery to a PO Box. If we cannot deliver to a PO Box you will be contacted for an alternative shipping address. Please use physical shipping addresses where possible when ordering to avoid this issue.
